In 2024, we launched our Direct to Business initiative. This program is intended to provide simple & easy shopping solutions for small to medium-sized businesses. Knowing that the persona for this market might have less background knowledge in office layouts than a dealer or someone from the A&D field, we made an effort to blend information, inspiration, and shopping together into the experience to provide the consumer with direction and guidance when needed. The new experience resulted in a 281% increase in traffic and 28% increase in sales in the 6 weeks post-launch.
